After you book your appointment you will receive a text/email that says that Jen-LMT is reviewing your appointment request. If you do not receive this email/text then your appointment has not been made and you need to try again. Once we have receive notification of your request we will review it and accept or decline your appointment. If we decline your appointment we will let you know as to why. Once confirmed you will receive an email or text saying that your appointment has been confirmed.
A personalized text from 402-332-8492 will be sent the day before your appointment. You are required to reply to this text. PLEASE make sure that you use a cellular phone number when putting your information in to book your appointment. I can not send a text to a land line and not all the text bounce back saying its a landline. If no reply is received your appointment will be cancelled. You will then be charged a cancellation fee of your service at full regular price. This text is sent the day prior to your appointment and a reply is necessary before 10pm. Regardless of the type of payment for the service; i.e. gift certificate, cash, coupon, or credit card. There is paperwork to fill out prior to your appointment when coming to the spa for the first time or if it has been more than six months since your last visit. Please plan your arrival time accordingly.

A credit card is required at time of booking. This is required for any appointment regardless if you have a coupon or gift certificate of any kind. If you have a gift certificate or coupon, please mention it in the notes section when booking your appointment. You will not be charged for any service at time of your booking.

Located just south of Applebee's on 84th and Cary Street and just North of Sherwin Williams. Inside the strip mall between Perrone Law and Exclusively Orthodontist. Cary street is the street sign, it turns into Adams. Your GPS will take you to the back of the building, you will need to drive around to the East/Front side.
Park in the parking lot that faces East towards Papillion La Vista High School. Please enter through the doors that say Timeless Day Spa and Suite #5 above the doors. If the doors are locked please wait and we will be out to open them shortly.
Please read carefully. I understand that massage is an alternative health facility and that it should be coordinated with the advice, treatment and prescription from my primary health care physicians. I understand that massage practitioners are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe or treat any physical or mental illness. Because massage should not be performed under certain medical conditions, I affirm that I have stated all my known medical conditions and answered all question honestly. I understand that the massage I receive is provided for the basic purpose of relaxation and the relief of muscular tension. If I experience any pain or discomfort during this session, I will immediately inform the therapist so that the pressure and/or the strokes may be adjusted to my comfort. If you are late you will have your service lessened. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you WILL be asked to reschedule. You are considered a No-Show at 20 minutes past your appointment and will be charged for your appointment.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
Jen-LMT requires that you reschedule or cancel your schedule at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of your scheduled appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of up to the full regular price of your service. A credit card will be required to book an appointment and will be stored on file for the No Call/No Show and Cancellation Policy. In the event of a no show at any time you will be charged a fee up to the original amount of the service and will be required to prepay when you schedule any future appointments. If you are late you will have your service lessened. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you WILL be asked to reschedule. You are considered a No-Show at 20 minutes past your appointment and will be charged for your appointment. You agree to abide by the No Call/No Show Policy and allow Jen-LMT to charge the amount due to your card on file in the event that you are outside of the No Call/No Show and Cancellation Policy. You must contact Jen-LMT by using the online booking link, phone call, text or voicemail in order to cancel your appointment, no other form of communication will be accepted. An appointment is required for service and is subject to availability. There are limited night and weekend hours available. Booking in advance is encouraged to ensure desired date of service. Note: You will not be charged for any service at time of your booking.
In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick (which includes a cold, fever, the flu, etc.) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you will be required to reschedule your appointment. This is for your well being as well as the health of our employees, therapists and clients. Receiving a massage when you are sick is not advised. While in the early and acute stages of a cold, flu or other illness, a massage can accelerate the onset of the infection and intensify its severity (via additional circulation of blood and lymph). If you get a massage after the infection has peaked, you may experience a relapse of symptoms and feel sick again. Please wait until you have been well for at least a week before getting your massage. If you do need to cancel your appointment, please call us as soon as possible and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a time when you are feeling better.
